The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Youth Force Ministries and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of Youth Force Ministries or its software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the content on this site is strictly prohibited.

The information and images presented here may not under any circumstances be reproduced or used without prior written permission. Restrictions on Use of Our Online Materials
All materials contained in the Youth Force Ministries Web sites (“Online Material”) are the copyrighted property of Youth Force Ministries. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Youth Force Ministries. No Online Material from our Web sites may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the  materials on any single computer for your personal, noncommercial home use only, provided that you 1) retain all copyright, trademark and propriety notices, 2) you make no modifications to the materials, 3) you do not use the materials in a manner that suggests an association with any of our products, services, events or brands, and 4) you do not download quantities of materials to a database, server, or personal computer for reuse for commercial purposes. You may not, however, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute our Online Material in any way or for any other purpose unless you get our written permission first. Neither may you add, delete, distort or misrepresent any content on the Youth Force Ministries sites. Any attempts to modify any Online Material, or to defeat or circumvent our security features is prohibited.

Everything you download, any software, plus all files, all images incorporated in or generated by the software, and all data accompanying it, is considered licensed to you by Youth Force Ministries or third-party licensors for your personal, non-commercial home use only. We do not  transfer title of the software to you. That means that we retain full and complete title to the software and to all of the associated intellectual-property rights. You're not allowed to redistribute or sell the material or to reverse-engineer, disassemble or otherwise convert it to any other form that people can use.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, YOUTH FORCE MINISTRIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES , EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOUTH FORCE MINISTRIES DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT THE INFORMATION IS ACCURATE OR RELIABLE OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS OR VIRUSES.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will Youth Force Ministries be liable for special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the materials in this site. In no event shall Youth Force Ministries' liability to a user for any loss, damage or claim exceed the amount paid by the user for accessing this site. 

Youth Force Ministries limits its liability to an amount of $0.01 per occurrence. 

Limitation of Liability

YOUTH FORCE MINISTRIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY THAT ACCOMPANY OR RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF ITS SITES.

THESE INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO) DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY:

• FAILURE OF OUR SITES TO PERFORM IN THE MANNER YOU EXPECTED OR DESIRED

• INTERRUPTION OF AVAILABILITY OF OUR SITES
• DEFECT ON OUR SITES
• DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION OF OUR SITES
• COMPUTER VIRUS OR LINE FAILURE
• PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
• DAMAGES INTENDED TO COMPENSATE SOMEONE DIRECTLY FOR A LOSS OR INJURY
• DAMAGES REASONABLY EXPECTED TO RESULT FROM A LOSS OR INJURY (KNOWN IN LEGAL TERMS AS "CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.")
• OTHER MISCELLANEOUS DAMAGES AND EXPENSES RESULTING DIRECTLY FROM A LOSS OR INJURY (KNOWN IN LEGAL TERMS AS "INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.")

WE ARE NOT LIABLE EVEN IF WE'VE BEEN NEGLIGENT OR IF OUR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR BOTH.

EXCEPTION: CERTAIN STATE LAWS MAY NOT ALLOW US TO LIMIT OR EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR THESE "INCIDENTAL" OR "CONSEQUENTIAL" DAMAGES. IF YOU LIVE IN ONE OF THOSE STATES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION OBVIOUSLY WOULD NOT APPLY WHICH WOULD MEAN THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE THE RIGHT TO RECOVER THESE TYPES OF DAMAGES.

HOWEVER, IN ANY EVENT, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, INJURIES, AND CLAIMS OF ANY AND EVERY KIND (WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED UNDER THE TERMS OF A CONTRACT, OR CLAIMED TO BE CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER WRONGFUL CONDUCT, OR THEY'RE CLAIMED UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY) WILL NOT BE GREATER THAN THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ACCESS OUR SITES.

Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Youth Force Ministries, its parent, all outreach ministries, affiliated and subsidiary entities, and the successors, licensees, assigns, officers and directors of each from and against any and all claims, losses and damages (including reasonable attorney's fees) constituting and arising out of a breach of any of the provisions of these Terms of Use, including without limitation from your placement or transmission of any content onto Youth Force Ministries' servers, and/or from any and all use of any Youth Force Ministries  Web sites.

Termination of This Agreement
This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by discontinuing your use of the Youth Force Ministries  site and destroying all materials obtained from it.  

Youth Force Ministries may terminate this agreement at any time and without notice to you, if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials. In addition, by providing material on our Web sites, we do not in any way promise that the materials will remain available to you. And Youth Force Ministries is entitled to terminate all or any part of any of its Web sites without notice to you. 

Submissions to Youth Force Ministries Web Sites
You may only use Youth Force Ministries Web sites and their contents for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law and you are  prohibited from storing, distributing or transmitting any unlawful material through Youth Force Ministries Web sites. You may not collect or store personal information regarding other users. You recognize that storing, distributing or transmitting unlawful material could expose you to criminal and/or civil liability. You agree that if a third party claims that material you have contributed to Youth Force Ministries Web sites is unlawful, you will bear the burden of establishing that it is lawful. You understand and agree that all materials publicly posted (other than by Youth Force Ministries) or privately transmitted on or through Youth Force Ministries Web sites are the sole responsibility of the sender, not Youth Force Ministries, and that you are responsible for all material you upload, post or otherwise transmit to or through Youth Force Ministries Web sites.

Any notes, message/bulletin board postings, ideas, suggestions, concepts, or other material submitted to us will become the property of Youth Force Ministries and Youth Force Ministries shall be entitled to use such material for any type of use forever, including in any media whether now known or hereafter devised. You agree that any submission you make to us is original with you and accurate. You agree that you will not submit or otherwise publish through the Youth Force Ministries Web sites any content, or act in any way, which in Youth Force Ministries' opinion:

(A) may constitute libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, or is obscene, pornographic, abusive, or threatening;
(B) may infringe any intellectual property or other right of any entity or person;
(C) may violate any applicable law or advocates illegal activity;
(D) advertises or otherwise solicits funds or is a solicitation for goods, services, advertisers or sponsors or otherwise engages in commercial activity;
(E) disrupts the normal flow of dialogue or otherwise act in a way which affects the ability of other people to engage in real time activities via Youth Force Ministries Web sites;
(F) includes programs which may contain viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunication;
(G) includes MP3 format files;
(H) disobeys any policy or regulation established from time to time regarding use of Youth Force Ministries Web sites or any networks connected to Youth Force Ministries Web sites; or
(I) contains links to other sites that contain the kind of content which falls within the descriptions set out in (A) to (H) above. 

We are not responsible for any material posted on the bulletin boards or in the chat areas conducted on the Youth Force Ministries Web sites. We will cooperate with any law enforcement authorities and comply with any judicial order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of  anyone posting materials in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local laws. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to remove or disable access to any material posted on or to our site, including without limitation material posted by you to an Youth Force Ministries Web site message board or chat room if we believe that material violates any of the above policies or infringes any intellectual property rights.  Furthermore, if we believe in our sole discretion that you have violated any of the terms of these Terms of Use, including specifically but without limitation by posting or providing links to material which infringes intellectual property rights, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Youth Force Ministries Web sites. 

Not A Health Care Provider

Interaction with Youth Force Ministries Web sites should not substitute for or be used instead of a clinical or therapeutic relationship with a health care professional.  Most importantly, you should never delay, ignore, or fail to obtain medical advice.  Youth Force Ministries can assist you in your personal, general research into religion, but the ministry providers will not engage in any conduct that involves the practice of psychiatry, psychology, medicine, or the practice of any other health care profession.  

Your use of the Youth Force Ministries  Web sites does not establish a physician-patient or psychiatrist-patient or psychologist-patient relationship between you and YFMCI, or between you and any ministry provider employed by or associated with YFMCI. Youth Force Ministries will not diagnose or treat any mental or medical conditions or prescribe medication or treatments for anyone through online access. If you decide to seek information or obtain treatment from any health care provider following a visit to the online access, Youth Force Ministries  is not responsible to follow up or monitor your care as a result of your use of the Web sites.

You should not share personal health information of a kind you would wish to be held confidential in a physician-patient or similar relationship. Because your use of the Youth Force Ministries Web sites does not create a physician-patient or psychiatrist-patient or psychologist-patient relationship between you and YFMCI, or between you and or any ministry provider employed by or associated with YFMCI, the information you provide will not be considered a confidential or medical record, except to the extent it is covered by our Privacy Statement.

Jurisdiction
Unless otherwise specified, the Online Materials on our sites are presented to provide information about the resources of Youth Force Ministries . The ministry of Youth Force Ministries was organized under the laws of Alabama, in the United States of America. If you use our sites from locations outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. These Terms of Use, and the agreement they create, shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Alabama (without applying the state's conflict-of-law principles.) If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Youth Force Ministries may modify these Terms of Use, and the agreement they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to you.

This is the ENTIRE agreement regarding all the matters that have been discussed.
